2. Review and approve deliverables promptly.

All payments must be made according to the terms outlined in our proposal or invoice:
1. Work will begin only after receiving the agreed initial payment.
2. The balance payment is due upon completion or delivery of final assets.
3. Once creative work has started, we will not provide refunds for services rendered or in progress.
In the event of disputes, both parties agree to resolve matters amicably through discussion before considering other remedies.
